Phase 1 (MVP): Bond Production and Servicing

Same shape as the current sheet 2 map, showing what the software does instead. Green boxes are new capability. Dashed grey boxes stay outside the system. Everything else is work someone already does, moved into one place.

What Phase 1 retires

  • The intake form and its download workbook
  • Per-agent report spreadsheets, all of them
  • The agent assignment sheet
  • The hand-built Lexington import file
  • The TBD list, all 35 pages
  • The exoneration list
  • The daily dialer upload list
  • The copy-and-paste step between every one of the above

What Phase 1 does not touch

  • Forfeiture, petitions and recovery. That is Phase 2 and it is the bigger prize.
  • Collateral, cash and mortgage, and the Form 8300 filing
  • Receivables, statements, collections, conciliation court, docketing
  • QuickBooks. Integrate later, do not replace
  • Replacing the dialer. Feed the one that exists first
  • Anything that asks agents in the field to change how they work

Two things to argue with. First, the whole top row assumes extraction from the scanned packet is good enough to prefill and correct rather than retype, which is worth a one afternoon test on twenty real files before committing to it. Second, court lookup stays a person confirming what they see on screen, not an automated pull, which keeps the daily tracking work manual in Phase 1 by design.
